Section 117
Disposition versions
117. Subject to the provisions of section 120, the educational childcare provider must ensure that only medication or natural product provided by a parent of the child for whom it is intended is administered to that child.
The label on the container must clearly state the child’s name, the name of the medication or the natural product, the expiry date, the dose and the duration of the treatment.
